For visual inspection of cross hole burrs, deep holes, precession components, intricate water passages in castings like engine blocks & cylinder heads, manifolds, oil pipes & tubes. Vardhan M5 Flexoscope is an ideal solution. It is very rugged & designed for shop floor use.

Flexible probe diameter is incredible 5mm . CCD camera and four LEDs are mounted in the Flexoscope tip itself. The LEDs provide adequate illumination. Image is directly seen in 17.5 cms (7") color LCD, mounted on the power supply box, which also contains a USB device for interfacing M5 Flexoscope to a laptop or desktop. With computer interface, the images can be viewed on computer monitor, photographed instantly & saved as traceable records. The power supply has additional port on the back side for attaching to external TV. The system is completely portable & can work for long hours without any maintainace.
